Therapy in GlasgowCouples & Relationship Therapy is our work with two people in the room together — the argument on repeat, the growing distance, and the things that have become hard to say. Sessions are 45 minutes, and the number is agreed at your consultation rather than fixed in advance. It runs at our Glasgow, Ayr and Liverpool offices, and online worldwide.
You start with a 30-minute consultation. You can come to that together, and most couples do.

The same work in every room. Choose the office that suits you, or work with us online.
Most couples do not arrive because of one row. They arrive because of the pattern the arguments or disagreements keep making.

One of you makes the enquiry — it does not have to be both. It goes straight to the therapist for your city, and a welcome email follows.
We find out what is actually going on and what each of you would want to be different. You will both be heard in it. That is the point of doing it together.
45-minute sessions, working on the solution rather than the problem, and finding new, dynamic ways to move past it.
The aim is that you will have all the tools you need to continue this new, healthy pattern without us.
Tue–Fri, 11am–8pm at every office, with the final appointment before closing.

To couples therapy, yes — the work is what happens between you, and it needs both of you there. The enquiry itself only takes one of you, and plenty of couples start with one person making the call.
The number is agreed at your consultation rather than fixed in advance, and every session is 45 minutes. It depends on what you arrive with, and we would rather set that with you than sell you a package before we have met you.
That is often useful. Seeing the loop happen in the room is quicker than hearing it described, and it means we are working on the real thing rather than on a version of it edited for us afterwards.
No, we work with a lot of families too. From strained mother and daughter relationships to neurodivergent families struggling with the family dynamics. Couples and Relationship Therapy is for all types of relationships.
Yes, including from two different places if that is what your week allows. Online couples therapy has its own page with what you need for it to work.
No. Some couples come because something specific has happened, some because a pattern has been running for years, and some because they want to sort it before it becomes either of those.
Glasgow, Ayr and Liverpool, Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 8pm, with the final appointment before closing. Enquiries are routed to the therapist for your office and appointments are booked by the team.
Tell us where you are and, if you’d like to, a line about what’s going on. Pick an office in Glasgow, Ayr or Liverpool, or pick online, which we run worldwide. Your message goes to a therapist and a welcome email follows straight away.
We only ask for what we need to reply. Please don’t put health details in here — that conversation belongs in the room.
Would you rather talk? Call Glasgow on 07393 675083, Ayr on 07956 034432, or Liverpool on 07951 155559.
We accept Klarna, so the cost of treatment can be spread over time rather than paid all at once.
