A BBC consultant
Kevin Mullin is a BBC consultant, appearing regularly across the BBC as a voice on anxiety — the same thinking the whole team works from.
Everything starts with a 30-minute consultation, which costs £40. If you go ahead, that £40 is deducted from your therapy package. We do not publish package prices, because they vary with what the work involves — you are given your figure at the consultation, before you commit to anything.
Glasgow, Ayr, Liverpool and online worldwide. Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 8pm UK time.
Asking what treatment will cost before a therapist has heard what is going on is like asking a mechanic to price a repair without opening the bonnet. Some things are quick to put right. Some take longer. The consultation is where we look, so that the figure you are given is yours and not an average.
Every treatment session is 45 minutes. How many you need is agreed with you at the consultation.
Anxiety HIT: four or six sessions. Couples: agreed at the consultation.
Tell us where you are. Your enquiry goes to the therapist for your office, and a welcome email follows straight away.
Thirty minutes with one of our therapists. You leave with a plan and its price. If you go ahead, the £40 is deducted from your therapy package.
Structured sessions, agreed in number before you start, with the same therapist throughout. We do not keep people in therapy indefinitely.

Because they vary with what the work involves, and a figure published before anyone has looked at your situation would not be yours. We discuss the price at the consultation, and you have it before you commit to anything.
No. You leave with a plan and its price, and you carry on only if it fits. Nobody is signed up to anything in the room.
Yes. We accept Klarna, so the cost of treatment can be spread over time rather than paid all at once. Ask at the consultation.
That scheme has closed and we are not able to take requests for it. If cost is what is holding you back, say so when you get in touch — the consultation is where the plan, and its size, get shaped around you.
Tell us where you are and, if you’d like to, a line about what’s going on. Pick an office in Glasgow, Ayr or Liverpool, or pick online, which we run worldwide. Your message goes to a therapist and a welcome email follows straight away.
We only ask for what we need to reply. Please don’t put health details in here — that conversation belongs in the room.
