Therapy for anxiety, relationships, trauma and confidence at our Glasgow office in Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, G2 6HJ, Tuesday to Friday between 11am and 8pm. Every plan starts with a 30-minute consultation.
We use practical methods drawn from psychology and hypnotherapy — the same work we do in Ayr and Liverpool, and online worldwide.
In the centre of Glasgow, a short walk from Central Station, with city-centre parking nearby. Tuesday to Friday, 11am to 8pm, with the final appointment before closing — the later slots are there so therapy can fit around a working day.
Who works here
Kevin and Heather Mullin both work from the Glasgow office. Glasgow enquiries are read by Kevin and passed to whichever of them is the right fit.
Who comes here
People from across Glasgow and the west of Scotland, for whom a city-centre room is the easiest hour in the week to find.
If Glasgow does not suit
The same work runs at our Ayr and Liverpool offices, and online worldwide. Some people do the consultation online and the sessions here, or the other way round.
What we help with
Three ways in.
Anxiety, panic and overthinking
For anxiety, panic attacks, stress, overwhelm, phobias, and intrusive or racing thoughts. Our Anxiety HIT programme runs over either four or six 45-minute sessions. Which one suits you is agreed at your consultation.
For communication problems, recurring arguments, trust, intimacy, separation and relationship decisions. Sessions are 45 minutes. How many you need is agreed together at your consultation. We do not take sides.
Baltic Chambers sits on Wellington Street, a few minutes’ walk from Glasgow Central, with city-centre parking and bus routes close by.

Send a note. The right therapist reads it.
Tell us where you are and, if you’d like to, a line about what’s going on. Pick an office in Glasgow, Ayr or Liverpool, or pick online, which we run worldwide. Your message goes to a therapist and a welcome email follows straight away.
We only ask for what we need to reply. Please don’t put health details in here — that conversation belongs in the room.
