How it works

Five steps, a few minutes.

  1. 01

    Start with how you feel.

Pick the feeling that is loudest right now. That is the whole first step.

Choosing a feeling: angry, anxious, calm, frustrated, happy or low
  2. 02

    Say how strong it is.

Rate it from one to ten. Then ask for help with it, or simply log it.

Anxious rated eight out of ten, with a button asking for help
  3. 03

Get a technique for that moment.

Short guided techniques, matched to what you have just told it. Most take a few minutes.

Suggested techniques, each with how long it takes
  4. 04

    Notice the difference.

Rate the feeling again afterwards, and see how it has moved.

A completed technique showing intensity before and after
  5. 05

Go deeper when you have time.

Longer guided audio for sleep, confidence and more, and a private journal to clear your head.
